Shipping service is only applicable to Singapore domestic address only
1. Free standard shipping applies to order over $38.
2. Additional shipping charge of $20 applies to specific timing and remote areas (Sentosa, Cargo Complexes and Jurong Island) delivery.
3. In the event of the recipient is not available in shipping address provided on the scheduled delivery timeslot, re-delivery will be chargeable at $20.
For order places before 1pm, it can be delivered in the same day excludes public holiday.
For order places after 1pm, it will be delivered in the next business day.
Same day delivery is not applicable to public holiday.

You are welcome to self pick up the orders at our retail shop 168 Florist@NgTengFong General Hospital in Jurong East. Just a 5 minutes walk from JE MRT station.

Yes. Advanced notification of 1 business day is required to change delivery date and shipping address.
In the event of additional cost incurred due to last minute change, the cost will be born by customer.

We accept secure payments for both local & international customers via Credit Cards and Debit Cards.

My Flower Fairytale Pte Ltd reserves the rights to substitute the flower, filler or foliage of the equivalent value depending on the goods availability due to flower is seasonal supply. The physical bouquet might looks slightly difference from product picture due to difference in supply, size, and photography effects.

The vase is not included in the bouquet sales, it was used for photography purpose only.
Perishable bouquet and hamper contains of fruits and flowers cannot be returned upon acknowledgement of delivery.
For non-perishable items, our return policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have gone by since you received it, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

There are certain situations where refund will be rejected (if applicable),
Goods with obvious signs of use or has been opened
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 5 days after delivery.
You can cancel order with advanced notification, full refund is only applicable to advanced order cancellation notification of 2 working days from delivery date.
70% refund will be applied to order cancellation with less than 24 hours notification from delivery date.
Order cancellation will be rejected if the order has been shipped.
